My mom was in the hospital going through Palliative Care. I called iAID to see if it was possible to bring my mom home to be with me and my sister. iAID care coordinator came to the hospital the same day to do an assessment. My mom came home and was under their care for the last 8 months of her life. They cared for her 24/7 alongside me and my sister. IAID took care of my father Darryl for almost 7 weeks till he was accepted into long term care. After being assessed in the hospital as total care, it was all put in place with a few phone calls. First IAID was an amazing company. The people they have taking care of my father were even more amazing. They not only took care of him but they even help out with my 77 year mother as well and did light housework, like laundry and dishes. It was wonderful experience through a stressful time.
