I have had the pleasure of working with Carrie and Dave from the Changing Latitudes Team at IAD Real Estate several times (since 2019) and they are Amazing! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail was deplorable, response times were unrealistic and left me sitting for scheduled showing after reading the confirmation 7 hrs prior. 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment the Realtor approach is via text and says she’s delayed due to car problems but take my time continue to look around and she’ll be happy to reschedule a showing.
