This is an unbelievably unprofessional company. At least in regards to their handling.of inquiries on their rentals. Joe Iacopelli posted one of their condos on Facebook Marketplace a few days ago. I inquired immediately because it fit the description of what I need. In his post he asked that you text him too. I did both. My wife and I just moved into our house on December 30th and the moment she walked into the house she started to cry on how beautiful the house looks, Joe and Kristine made sure they were always giving us the best options, and always communicating with us, it was an amazing experience with Joe and Kristine Iacapelli and would recommend them to anyone who wants to build a dream house... its crazy that back in May 2024 meeting with Joe and Kristine that we would actually be In our new built house... My wife and I had a great experience dealing with Iacopelli Enterprises. Best in class builder who was hands on with his team during construction phase of our home from start to finish. We also really appreciated the great service after closing, no matter how minor the issue was.
Iacopelli Homes is a builder of quality homes. As an employee and foreman at Iacopelli Homes, for 7 years, i can say the homes are indeed quality homes. Customers needs and concerns are addressed as early as possible, most times immediately. We take pride in customer satisfaction.
I have issues after the build they don't respond they try to run the warranty out of time very bad service and got lied to over and over.. stay away or you'll make a very bad investment like I did
