To date, this has been the most successful auction I have attended. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. The queue was virtually non-existent. The operation was highly efficient, with everything in order and immaculate. The documentation was meticulously completed, and I was through the entire process in less than 30 minutes.

Greetings, This IAA location is the worst yard, the one in York Springs, the staff has a very uncomfortable way of treating the carriers who go to that IAA, and it always starts loading at 9AM AND THE yard closes at 4 PM, it is the only location. That's why it works like this because my co-workers never want to go there to pick up cars. It would be good if you changed that so it could be easier to pick up cars. Thank you...
