If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is the absolute worst! I'm not one to leave reviews like this and I am the type of person to admit when I'm at fault, but I'm not! This place lost my belongings and the only 2 things I need they will only reimburse me for the keys that they lost but what i really need is the signed contract from a client that was in my vehicle when they towed it. the worst auction, I bought a truck, they don't want to load it on my trailer, they hide a lot from people, but the most important thing is that they write that the insurance company is selling
Lazy & complete waste of your time. They do nothing that they promote and the 3 stars they already have is even too high for what they are. 0 stars if I could.
This place has some of the best people in the country, I get there from Dallas, the facility was clean , the girls on the front were fast and professional, then I had an issue with the car I purchased, I went back to ask for help, the branch manger stepped in and she was amazing person . Andrea I wish we have more people like you everywhere, thank you so much , you make it easy for me . IAA you should hire more people like Andrea
