The experience I had today was extremely unprofessional. The older lady with the grey hair and glasses and who was on the skinner side was so rude and was very unprofessional towards me and my sister today when i was trying to get MY PERSONAL belongings out of my vehicle but could not "since i wasn't the owner" I HAD MY REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE CARD AND POLICE REPORT STATING I AM THE OWNER OF MY CAR but still refused unless i had my mother call them to give me permission to GET MY OWN PERSONAL BELONGINGS OUT OF MY OWN CAR.... read more
