Absolutely ridiculous wait times at the new Caseyville location...They don't have enough loader operators and the ones that they have is completely incompetent only brings half your load. Can literally sit here and watch Loader Operator drive around parking lot empty, like hes lost and you have to keep going back in 2 or 3 times before they sit out your vehicles out, waited over 2 hours for 2 cars and still waiting...
Nice place just a long line every time I goes
When I wanted to get something off my car they charge you to do it and that's ok but my rims were damaged. But they didn't go in that way
