Unprofessionalism. I drove an hour and a half after speaking with a rep twice that morning. I was going to pick up my vehicle only to find out my vehicle was 2 hours away at the .acon site. Noone ever told me that's where it was. (Not even the rep at Title Max in Americus, Ga). I paid almost $1,200 around 10:30 that morning and was told to go get the vehicle at 4:00pm. Running a racket on shipping!! Payed for shipping was told it couldn’t be shipped because it wouldn’t roll! Went and picked it up brought it home and it rolled rate off my trailer!! Will never use again. And they took all of mill shipping $$ in storage fees.
Super bien con todos los trabajadores , lo único malo q sigo diciendo en todas las sucursales el método q tiene para cargar no es el apropiado afectan la transportación, un carro q no se pueda cargar bien te perjudica con los demás carros
My car was towed to the company, I paid the fine immediately and wasn’t allowed to pick up my car until the following day. When I got to my car all my belongings were packed into boxes, they claim it’s policy. Everything was there but 10 thousand dollars worth of jewelry. I filed a police report and I’ll be prosecuting to the fullest. I also contacted a lawyer. I won’t let them get away with this.
