Was in an accident car towed here ! B4 I was able to come get my stuff staff went thru my car took what they wanted including 200 bucks !
This is the slowest place I’ve ever been to. Twice I had to pick up cars from here, and both times I had to wait a very long time. In other places and different states, everything usually goes pretty fast. Here, you arrive first and leave last. If I could fire all of you, I would gladly do it.
The fork lift operator put a hole into my Escalade fuel tank and when I told the manager he told me to kick rocks and they won’t cover anything
You find better deals and cheaper outside of the auction than the auction, fees are way too high, and they only allow you to check car on Mondays. So if you're a really busy person you can not check the cars others day
This is not an auction anymore, it’s a big scam. They control the prices, if you win the high bid they don’t even sell you the vehicle. You can win 2-3 vehicles in a day, and they won’t even sell it to you. Don’t purchase from there. BIG SCAM.
