The man or woman with an attitude today mumbling on the phone needs to open their mouth wider when they speak. I had to call back and clarify some information as it was unclear and they just felt compelled to be unhelpful and hang up. Some people are born to be miserable and Misery is working here answering the phone.
Had a good friend of mine get his car towed by them after an accident, he was rear ended. He had some pretty expensive magic the gathering cards in the trunk and they were stolen from his trunk by this company. Do NOT use this company. Thieves.
Worst staff ever. I've been in a lot different locations, all of them are good. This one is awful!
