DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I'd leave a 0 if I could. They WILL steal your stuff, and the people inside dont care. Worst customer service I've ever had by far and my vehicle was towed by insurance here. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
Horrific experience. My car was totaled out by Progressive on 8/5. This towing company reached out to me the afternoon of 8/6 while I was at work and we agreed on a pickup for 8/7. I figured it was perfect, giving me enough time to clean out all of my personal belongings in my car. I get home around 6:30pm on 8/6 and my car is gone. My son was in an accident with our car. Insurance company had it sent to this place and they placed a listing for it on their site 2 days after the accident. The insurance adjuster didn't even look at it yet. After that, I received the license plates in the mail, and I have yet to hear from the insurance company about what is happening with it. Whole situation feels like a scam.
