Easy folks to work with
My truck was sent her by insurance. Made it clear from beginning that even if totaled that I was keeping the truck. First the estimate was questionable, for example they wanted $215 for a used grille. New is $150 from dealership. Then I got the truck back when it was totaled. There is more damage, my tailpipe is dragging on the ground, all my belongings have been gone through with half in garbage bags and some stuff in the bed, where it’s been rained on. Buyers penalty or should we say "fees" are totally outrageous, be careful when you bid, check what penalty you have to pay first, we had purchased a vehicle for 1200.00 and they charged an extra 600.00, they give you 4 days to remove after that its 50.00 daily. The news said that Ritchie Brothers spent 7 billion dollars to buy this company and it seems they want to recoup that money very quickly, it also seems they did the same with fees when they purchased IronPlanet/Gov Planet. Check all the details first...
