Terrible service. No one to answer phone even if it does actually ring.
Staff always pleasant and happy to help whenever possible. Follow the rules and you'll be fine.
The schedule says from 8am to 5pm. I arrived a few minutes before 5pm and it was already closed. People here work fewer hours and don't respect the customer service hours. Be careful, and they are also not very friendly with the drivers,,
DEALERS BEWARE!! These people are scummy enough to purposefully take pictures of a vehicle in the cloudy rain, muffle the audio so you cant actually hear the engine clear enough, and if you have a higher pre-bid set up, their own agents will raise the price of the auction!! If only i could prove it, I would spend everything i have to make them pay for these horrible business practices.. Karma is real
