Very disappointing experience….The front desk closed before the posted business hours, which is completely unacceptable and inconvenient for customers who arrive during the advertised operating times. On top of that, several staff members were rude and unprofessional when asked about the early closure. The ladies who work there are always efficient and nice. One of my most liked IAAI locations.
