I'm absolutely upset with this company. My daughter had and accident so the insurance company took my car to this lot, so when my daughter went to pick up her personal Items everything was gone, take, remove, stolen is the correct word they had already clean the vehicle. I call to the company right away, they said everything was in the trunk of the car which it was not true I try to speak with the manager but he is never there and he would not return my call, this is the worse experience ever.
