Do not have your vehicle towed to this location with personal items in it. Things will end up missing! I called to inquire about my missing items (Michael Kors purse and Ray Ban sunglasses) and received horrible attitudes and terrible customer service from both staff and supervisor. My call was disconnected because I was discourteous to them. All I did was ask about the missing items. Extremely RUDE folks.
