Our recent experience at IAA Sacramento was extremely disappointing. My employee went to pick up an inoperable vehicle, and the white, skinny forklift driver—who said his name was Gary—was incredibly rude and aggressive from the start. Gary refused to flip the vehicle around with the forklift, even after my employee explained that it was necessary in order to winch it onto the trailer. I Tow vehicles here all the time and 2 times now had a customer call about items missing out of there car. Maybe somehow figure a way to screen employees. Like random searches of all the people who have access and contact with customers property. Or start a new policy where all employees with access are searched before going home at end of day. Now I don't know what would have to happen legally to take that type of step but something needs to happen about the theft.

Had a scheduled appointment for 12pm to 5pm for a pickup and was call at 8 am in the morning to pick it up witch I knew I would not be awake hence why I made the appointment 12 to 5 now they won't pick my car up tell the next day be careful they set appointments and inconvenience you at irrelevant times to your appointment
