The Lady at the desk she’s so angry !! Not helpful !! She’s very rude. I don’t know if she know is worker she need to take care the customers I’m sordina almost 150k on iaa and they need to respect the customers. She need to get another job customers services is not for her. They make their own rules managers was ok gary the best i give tip the other day.
Key, ignition and engine computer stolen. IAAI response was that a key is not guaraneed - but it is shown in the auction photo and confirmed to be present at the time of sale. This is over $1,000 in parts stolen - to have stolen engine computer/ECU is a big deal. By reading other reviews - thief is one or few IAAI employees.
