Great staff but thing in my car came up missing
Hate to be that person, but if I could leave zero stars I would. Had a lady run into my vehicle and her insurance (Statefarm) took responsibility of the damages and had my car towed to this IAA location. After having them assess the damages and deem my car a total loss, they also refused to give me the total list of damages and how they came to this decision. I was forced to pay out of pocket to tow my car to another mechanic and get another assessment (which confirmed the damages were minor and NOT a total loss like IAA had... read more
