Worst service and belligerent staff.
My insurance company requested that IAA pick up my car because it was declared a total loss. It took them five days to get it with no real explanation of why it took so long .When I went to retrieve my stuff from the car the car had been totally rifled through And several items missing. While there’s no way to prove who took the items, It sure is unsettling that my car had been gone through and my stuff missing.
