That was ridiculous . We came to pick up the vehicle and completely payed it off, when we tried to pick up the title - they said that they can only mail it to us . Then I went online and changed title preferences, they still refused to issue it to us. Then they said don’t have it in the office and it has to be mailed anyway. - which sounded somewhat reasonable. Horrible business practices.
Customer service tell you one thing and the clerks/receptionist or whatever they are called tell you something different. Sometime it’s like they are not on the same page. Last three times I had to call customer service to get a tow off my account and they tell me to just go in the branch and they will take care of it. I get to the branch and being I’m told they can’t remove it, I have requested several times to remove the auto tow and guess what…..still there. Absolutely terrible. Branch Manager Amy Braswell ignored my concerns after items worth over $1,500 were stolen from my vehicle i bought and offered only $75. No accountability, no real customer service. Think twice before buying anything from this brunch!
