Absolutely terrible. Branch Manager Amy Braswell ignored my concerns after items worth over $1,500 were stolen from my vehicle i bought and offered only $75. No accountability, no real customer service. Think twice before buying anything from this brunch!
One of the top 5, shadiest IAA’s in the country! Have been a member of IAAI for over 25 years. Needless to say, they have lost a buyer. Local management should be ashamed that they employ someone there who calls himself “yard manager” the way he speaks to customers is mind-boggling!
Corrupted!! My toolbox was stolen from the truck I bought here. The vehicle was listed as “run and drive,” but it wasn’t drivable and required a forklift to unload. In my experience, management is lazy and appears to protect and enable this behavior. Avoid!!!
