Be aware of this people, they force into people’s car and take their stuff out without permission and when you ask them about your belongings they start acting like they don’t know what you’re talking about. They will ignore your calls, texts, emails just to try to keep your stuff. All my belongings and important papers even my car title disappeared in less than 24 hours after my car was dropped off at their place. Definitely don’t recommend , I wish I could leave a 0 star.
This is the best auction to buys salvage cars, however, sometimes persons in front of desk are not responsive and look like are angry!
Bought a car, used their transportation. (Local) They picked up the car on friday morning and did not deliver until monday. Why the heck would you keep my car over the weekend? There is no good reason. They already have a reputation of theft and damaging vehicles ( not to mention sky high fees). Disappointed. Do not recommend.
Worst customer service ever… huge line and people working over the counter are rude, ..eating..talking ..on the phone disregarding the huge line waiting to get our business done… never going to that place again
Literally the WORST place!! They have ZERO lack of time management and hussle for people in time sensitive issues!! !My vehicle got taken due to the loan place not talking with the repo place!! I've been going in circles for 3 hours now!! The yard to telling me to talk to the loan the loan is telling me to talk to the yard!! They cannot guarantee i will get my vehicle back today and they DO NOT CARE that i have a special needs child that will miss a life threatening appointment tomorrow if I don't get it back today!!!
