I have been here a couple diffrent times for the totaling of my truck. It takes my about an hour to get here (more due to traffic). The staff here are ALL great. Super helpful, kind and know what they are doing. Jessica- special shout out to her. She was very patient with me and the stupid insurance that is dealing with this claim. You can tell the regular customers enjoy coming in. They all know each other well and have a good time.
Dont ever come here burn this place down. Paid days ago. Its 1pm say theres no time today to get my car. It takes 5 minutes to give me my keys. Burn this place down
Definitely the worst place to buy a car at this location, bought a van there this week shows runs and drives keys there but when my drivers get the the veichle has NO KEYS, talked to the manager to get a new key for the veichle or give a credit to get a new one she said not, told her I don't want the van and she can just give a credit on my account SHE SAID no buy back, they must list the veichle INOP, Definitely never going to buy anything from Phoenix branch
I hate this place people are super rude they’ll never try to help, stay away don’t ever spend your money here, Also the HR needs to wake up and check on their employees
