I came to the Phoenix Arizona branch to inspect a unit that is set to go for auction tomorrow Wednesday the 20th. . On their website it says the viewing window is 24 hours prior to the auction date which would be today, Tuesday the 19th starting at 9 AM MST. The Phoenix Arizona branch said they're viewing Window is only on Mondays. Is that correct? Have the pleasure of dealing with Melissa at the iaa Phx branch I haul cars weekly out of there and she is always so pleasant and professional to deal with. Thank you much for going above and beyond for us transporters.
Im gonna sue this place. I already spoked to a layer. The staff was rude speciallu Sara. My car was damaged and parts were stolen.
IAAI used to be the best auto auction in my opinion but now is below average in service, vehicle pick ups, titling... Well in every single department my title took over a week to arrive. Vehicle was picked up and title never mail it out until I called them to titling department and ask for my title bc I NEED IT for registration purposes. I don't know if this bad service is about new administration or new employees I don't have idea but what a terrible service these days from IAAI PHOENIX
