This place is a trip, they act like they want your car but then they play all these games with you. It took multiple pick up attempts to finally get my check from them. First there was an issue with the title, then the signature. I was finally able to get it exactly how they wanted it. Then the tow truck driver was rude as hell, kept pretending to not speak English saying "I don't know" then giggling on the phone with someone about the situation. I will never use this place again. Absolutely the worst service stay away at all cost zero star if I could
Insurance deemed my car totaled and had my car evaluated at this shop. When I received my car there were many stolen items. All the managers were very unprofessional and the DM Robert laughed in my face when ai explained to him I run a small business and those who touched my car stole from me. They are only stating the chargers were missing from my car, meaning that employees stole from my car, and are denying any other claims of missing items that are missing from my car.
