I called the title department 24 times and no one answered. I really don't know what they are doing. They are failing at customer service.
I don't understand something, I paid for membership, made bets and won, my bet was the last one and it was indicated that I won!!!!!!!!! and in the end someone took my car? Are you out of your mind? For whom are the rules? Who have you become? How can you do business with you? It's not for nothing that people leave you!!! We have been buying cars from this Omaha branch for many years. It does feel like customer service has stepped up tremendously. The manager (Holly Forshee), does care about her customers and takes care of the issues in the professional manner. Which makes us comfortable to do more business with this IAA branch.
