We have been buying cars from this Omaha branch for many years. It does feel like customer service has stepped up tremendously. The manager (Holly Forshee), does care about her customers and takes care of the issues in the professional manner. Which makes us comfortable to do more business with this IAA branch.
I like IAA more than Copart. Update:I was at this location 2 days ago when my car could not start after I drove there from Lincoln area. I asked the front desk whether they can give me a jump starter and they said It is against our policies who the heck made up these policies Manager, you are a chicken. Edited from 5 stars to 1 because I can't reduce stars less than zero.
I buy alot of cars and I can almost guarantee the keys/ fobs will be taken before you get there. Picked up one today and yup smart key was gone. Went in and complained and they will not do anything about it. They advertise that the car is a run and drive. Guess what with out a key kind of impossible to run. Asked them to take it back. Can't do it but you can run it back through the auction they say. So I paid almost $800 in fees, they want me to run it back through so they can make another $800 plus the $100 I would have to ... read more
