I apologize for saying this—perhaps not all locations are like this—but this particular location is a total dump. I spent an hour on hold on the phone, and when they finally handed over my vehicle, it was completely wrecked. Honestly, I don't know what is going on at this location, but something is definitely wrong.
Place is a joke. Buyer fees as much as cars. And u can never got on live auction. Good luck on customer service speaking English or having any idea what there doing!! So if your look to wast $200 on a membership this place 4 you. Buyer beware
I arrived today at 9:15 to pick up 2 vehicles. I used the IAA App and notified them that I had arrived about 9:45. I waited 2 hours for them to bring the vehicles out to. There was absolutely no one else in the parking lot when I notified them that I had arrived. By the time they finally brought them out it was an absolute cluster. This is beyond frustrating. Over 500 minutes just to pick up a car is completely unacceptable. Only one loader was working while 5–6 others were standing around or restocking inside. Meanwhile, customers are stuck waiting for hours for no reason. This system makes no sense — at least allow people to go in and retrieve their own cars so everyone can get out faster. This level of delay is just crazy and shows a serious lack of organization and respect for customers’ time.
