YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE AND WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT.....OR SOMEBODY PICKS THE PHONE AND SAYS: YOU HAVE TO CALL ANOTHER NUMBER. I GAVE 1 STAR TO THEM BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION FOR NEGATIVE ETERNITY. I AM HAPPY WE DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM THIS YEAR.
I came to pick up my personal belongings and noticed that some of my personal items, including a designer belt was stolen from my vehicle. They had already put all of my stuff into a bag. Disappointing. However, front desk was nice.
I’m not sure where to start, I had to park almost 3/4 of a mile away, I get there. They say I have to wait outside and it could be up to 3 1/2 hours in the sun because the only two tables that have shade in it are completely full of people, I’m picking up 1 Motorcycle for an out-of-state customer, I have dogs in the truck so what if the truck shuts off and I had no idea because I was waiting 3/4 of a mile away at the gate for the motorcycle, not to mention I was in a turn only lane so imagine if I got my truck trailer towed,... read more
