THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY FROM YOUR VEHICLE!!! My car ended up here after I got hit by a Tesla. It was here for the insurance to assess the damage. Very Rude supervisor
I’ve been doing business with IAA for many years and have built a great relationship with all of their branches across the United States—never had a problem until now. Unfortunately, the North Hollywood branch has consistently been an issue, mainly due to Sean, the manager there. He causes ongoing headaches and communication problems, and he never provides clear explanations for the issues he creates. I hope IAA can address this, as I’d like to continue working with them, but the North Hollywood branch is a real challenge.
I have no clue how they let Sean to be a manager. He is running the place like his own business and treat customers however he wants!!!!! I will never ever buy or do business with location again. He cancels bids on buyers however he wants the no explanation. I want to give him zero star ⭐️. But unfortunately google’s minimum is one star.
