Expensive bad service
THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!! Had my car towed here after a terrible accident. When I came to pick up my belongings, I found that all of my valuables were missing. They even went through my gym bags, and clothes were thrown all over the trunk. Manager just laughed. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Stealing from people who just lost their entire car. Pick up your belongings ASAP!!
Fair pricing good bidding
On April 14th, 2025 My insurance company moved my damaged car to the lot in North Hollywood that is off of laurel canyon and the following day April 15th I came with my brother to retrieve my belongings. Not only did I have to wait over 3 hours, sweating in the heat but I also discovered that my belongings had been picked through by the staff that was assigned to deal with my car.
