I have been a very long time customer with the IAAI auction chain. I reached out to my local Buffalo branch numerous times back in September with no progress on resolving the problem we had. In December I reached out to branch manager Sandra at this Newburgh branch. Within days of reaching out, Sandra was actively working to resolve the problem in a very quick and positive way. I believe this is my second negative review of this location. The office person was polite over the phone, however I was informed that there are NO AUCTION PREVIEWS at the Newburgh location. How that is allowed by corporate, I have no idea and will make them aware. My advice is to stay away from both IAA and Copart in the Newburgh locations. Very shady at both lots.
