After my son "encountered" a deer on the outside of Salmon Idaho our insurance company called on IAA Missoula to come to the rescue and pick up the car. After a few days in the shop, we got the news we were expecting that the car was totaled. Chris at the office is probably the nicest person you'll ever meet, he will go above and beyond to save you both time and money. He literally saved me a whole day of waiting and I couldn't be more grateful. And IAA is better than copart anyway!!!
