After my son "encountered" a deer on the outside of Salmon Idaho our insurance company called on IAA Missoula to come to the rescue and pick up the car. Chris at the office is probably the nicest person you'll ever meet, he will go above and beyond to save you both time and money. He literally saved me a whole day of waiting and I couldn't be more grateful. And IAA is better than copart anyway!!!

If I could select no stars I would. A Honda Civic I had purchased showed a CLEAR title during the auction but came a SALVAGE title in the mail. Branch had initially suggested a solution but never followed-up and basically said tough (read the fine print). IAA customer service has been useless, rude, and unapologetic about the situation. My advice - steer away and let them ruin customer relationships as it will catch up with them. I'll spend my money at Copart.
