Very disappointed with my experience at IAA St. Paul. The people working there were acting very strange and unprofessional. Their attitude and the way they treated me made me feel uncomfortable. There was no respect or basic customer service.
Terrible communication from both dispatch and drivers on pick up times. Puck up was multiple hours late with zero attempt to inform us of the delay
but this guys are quick. They pulled the six cars in 12 minutes. Thank you.
