Worst IAAI yard I've ever been to!!! Employees don't give a crap and are lazy. If you open at 8:00 then the yard should start running at 8:00 like all the rest of the yards. Don't buy from this yard. Multiple people waiting at the gate and still locked and they're worried about taking photos of the next auction car.
Very bad auction, lazy employees and a manager who does not care about customers. I have a problem. I have not received the title for a period of up to a month and a half. I call every day and no one cares about me.
The car was described as Run and Drive but When I received the car it was broken and it was just starting. IAA didn't take the responsibility
