As a buyer or as a seller, if you go to their branch to pick up a vehicle, you have to Wait at least 45’-1hr. Every time, you ask the front desk, they respond non sense to you or ignored you; they are not helpful. They are bully & show off a monkey smile. They make me running late for work.
