My fav IAAI in all US
I went in person to pay for my car at IAAI on Thursday, Jan 2nd, around 2 PM. I told the woman at the far-left desk I was paying for a Kia and gave her the stock number. She calculated the total as $395 ($375 for the car and a $20 in-branch fee). I paid the amount and left, only to find on the app that I still owed $25 for a DMV fee. I went back inside to clarify, and the woman in the middle told me I had to pay the $25 DMV fee plus another $20 in-branch fee because I was paying cash.
