From the reviews I see I am not the first. This is a complaint regarding the handling of my vehicle and personal belongings by your company, which was contracted by Progressive to transport my car from a towing company lot to your facility. Upon checking my vehicle, I discovered that several of my personal possessions had been removed from the interior without my consent and placed into a bag.
