Made appointment for my car to be picked up between 8am an 12pm here it is no 6:30pm an they have yet to come pick it up an give me my check lost a full days pay because of this. I don't recommend anyone to go here nor do business with them.
This branch doesn’t care about customer service. Only your buyers fee. Bought a vehicle listed at an off site location. Called offsite location to confirm pick up (they said yes it’s here and you can pick up today) and sent a truck to pick it up. Trucker gets there and no vehicle is there. Offsite location said it’s now at the main branch. Called the branch to verify and I get from the rep is “ it’s here”. Well it would’ve been nice to know that vehicle is now located at the main branch but no big deal. I literally asked for... read more
This is the only branch that not accept the notes to pick the title .. they said should put formal name drive name. The Portuguese speaker guy needs to have little more costumer service.
