The best insurance auto auction customer service branch, all of the nice three ladies are cooperative and understanding if you have any major issue, just ask for carol
I didn’t like the way they treated their customers. I think they have to fix it.
Made appointment for my car to be picked up between 8am an 12pm here it is no 6:30pm an they have yet to come pick it up an give me my check lost a full days pay because of this. I don't recommend anyone to go here nor do business with them.
This branch doesn’t care about customer service. Only your buyers fee. Bought a vehicle listed at an off site location. Called offsite location to confirm pick up (they said yes it’s here and you can pick up today) and sent a truck to pick it up. Trucker gets there and no vehicle is there. Offsite location said it’s now at the main branch. Called the branch to verify and I get from the rep is “ it’s here”.
