Terrible experience. The car had new forklift damage and was missing parts upon pickup. The location is remote and hard to access, making it expensive and difficult for tow trucks. They don’t offer support in other languages and completely ignore written requests or letters. I absolutely do not recommend this auction site.
You NEED a safety vest. You also need at least 2hrs to get loaded if you are not part of their driver's. While you are waiting, there will be lots of drivers for IAA that will drop off and pick up before you, regardless of when you got there. Plan to be there for 3 hrs per car you are picking up.

No room for trucks, one forklift crawling like it’s on its last breath, and the staff moves slower than a traffic jam in reverse. I stood under the scorching sun for three miserable hours just waiting for a single damn truck—and they wouldn’t even let me stand in the parking lot. Is this a logistics facility or a bad joke?
