Employees are very helpful and friendly. We were only there to get personal items from a totaled car and they were very accommodating.

I'd leave zero stars if possible. I had a car picked up last week for donation to the Veterans of America organization. The tow-truck drive, Rodolfo Perez, picked up the car and TITLE. He NEVER delivered the TITLE to the auction office who handles the auction/placement of the vehicle. That's what appears to have happened even though he and his manager both say he left it in drop-box. I am having the KY State Police looking into this as we speak. BEWARE
