Sold my car to them. They came to pick up the car at 9 am, gave me a bad check that I couldn’t cash out. Been going back and forth with them since then. It is now 3:36. When they transfer you no one answers or returns calls you have to continue calling until you get a hold of someone. Transferred me to a supervisor “Kathy” and she was too busy to answer. Very very bad loading, they got only on forklift and the driver is very bad and very rude. He came up to me with the car I wanted and he literally slammed the car to the ground DIDN’T load me the car and went back to the yard. He came threw it and left. Like what kind of service is this?? But, they really have nice people and the customer service.
