hopefully i never have the misfortune of having a car towed to this lot ever again. they cleaned out my car for me before i was ever able to get to it and stole everything that had any sort of value, then lied and claimed there was "absolutely no possibility" of checking cameras or speaking to the person who cleaned the car out despite insurance using this specific lot because it's a secure lot with cameras and a locked fence. if you can avoid it, absolutely do not ever trust these people with your vehicle.
This auction has become frustrating. The added fees, including taxes, can reach nearly half the winning bid. Expect 50% on top of winning price.. or a lot more. You can’t start vehicles or see them drive. Preview is only the day before, from 10 to 2, and vehicles are often stuck in the back lot you’re not allowed to access. I have got to say going here is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life. I walked in, and the staff was not nice. They said that I cannot drive my run and drive vehicle I won off auction 20 feet to the gate and drive home, I have to pay a tow truck driver $200 to come to IAA move it 20 feet dumping on the road and then I can drive it.
