The lady at the desk was nice and professional but I noticed that I had a coolant leak that I have before it was there it must have happened towing my truck or the handle of it while it was there and I shouldn't have to pay for repairs that I didn't do

TRANSPORTER AND BUYER BEWARE Auction house loader dropped an f350 and put it into security mode. They wouldn’t let me load it myself. After dropping the truck and locking the keys inside they wouldn’t unlock it and made me pay $55 to a 3rd party locksmith so I could load the truck and get the necessary information to my boss and customer. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. They scammed me out of money and cost me 3 hours of drive time.
