Would not recommend this place if you can avoid it. My insurance company had them tow mar car after an accident. They never called me to drop my car off at my house which my insurance told me IAA will call and coordinate. They just left it in front of my house one day. With the keys inside. Still running. They also dented the front of my car which didn’t get damaged in the accident. As well as my car is covered in a thick layer of dirt on the outside which they didn’t bother to clean off. My experience today was nothing but wonderful. I was in and out. Andrea was nothing but sweet and professional. I was greeted as soon as I got in. I just think if you come with a bad vibe you'll get one in return. We are all human. All in all 5 stars
My car was towed a week ago and the same day it was towed not even a few hours later I paid my car off in full to get it released but they told me I would not be able to pick up until a week later which is today. My belongings were not in my vehicle when I came to pick up my car they were boxed up somewhere on the tow yard. Mycar was locked the morning it was taken and I have had the keys the whole time so I look and just as I thought marks that showed someone used something to get in my vehicle.
