SCAM! What a terrible company. Run by terrible people as well. I should have never even given them my money. But after I asked for my refund they said I had won a car. And when I checked the invoice there was a plethora of shipping costs that were not previously mentioned. I have already contacted the BBB and my bank. I will NOT stop until my deposit is returned to me. THIS is clearly how they make their money, scamming people who are just looking for a cheap car.
Andrea gave me awesome customer service every time I come in. She definitely engages with me and is super helpful. It’s good to have good people around. She definitely makes my process a lot easier every time..
Very bad customer service
The worst customer service between all the branches, they do t care about their customers even if its their fault, they keep saying that’s the policy I can’t believe that the company put people like that to deal with dealership
