We waited 2.5 hours just to get license plates off the truck. Finally they said it’s the front, walk over and no truck! Go inside and run into a supervisor. Hispanic, pony tail, and her B—-H meter on 10! What do you want?! Explain… So?! Just wait!!! Illiterate. Ignorant. Unhelpful bunch of employees!
Horrible place, horrible people
Wow all the bad reviews and yall still can’t upgrade the staff! I see why yall have 3 star rating over all worst experience ever drove from out of town to this auction for nothing wont be recommending this location to no one! Thats a fast im in this car business and trust me yall wont be seeing alot of us buy or traveling to this auction anymore. My car went here to be inspected prior to sending it to a body shop per the insurance company. IAA disposed of my plates without informing the insurance company nor myself. Then they went through my entire car and took everything in it! Documents, sentimental items, expensive items. They took everything out of my glove box and center console. When I called to get some answers, the only response I received, is “we dispose all plates” yet, they asked me did I check in the trunk. No reputable company should be working with the ... read more
