They suck, they make it impossible for anyone other than a body shop to buy a car. Not recommend and good luck trying to buy a repo…
Customer service is extremely poor and slow. They make you wait days to pick up your vehicle for an appointment and when you arrive at your appointed time, nothing is ready and you have to wait more. Horrible service.
Well first of all people never ever give anybody the title to your car because the minute you become behind they will take your car and it will end up here and they will steal everything out of your car I have my fragrances missing a lot of little things like a powder sunscreen my touchland sanitizer some cash that was in the center console also they take the plates off of your car and didn't leave the screws for me to put them back on and I've already been pulled over for no plates thank you people for really making this on... read more
