Ladies inside won’t help you a dang bit. Idk why they still there honestly. Need get some new people that will actually talk to you when u walk in!
Horrible people at the Front Counter. They will glance at you with disgust when you walk in. Then won't ask you do you need help. After you get there attention they have a major attitude no matter how polite you are. It's not just certain times it's every time I go in there. Especially the main woman that sits on the right should be fired.
As a transporter, I deal with many of these lots across the southeast. This one is the worst customer service of all. Employees behind the counter are rude unhelpful. Called ahead yesterday to be sure I could be loaded. I was told that as long as I checked in before 4:30 I could be loaded. Standing at the counter at 4:15. I was told the loader driver refuse to pull any more cars and that I could go talk to him if I wanted to. That was a mistake because he was extremely rude and nasty told me it wasn't his problem.
