Our son’s car was towed to this location without his knowledge. We believe someone from State Farm claims impersonated him to release it from the tow yard. When our son arrived at IAA the next day, to retrieve his belongings, he was very upset to find several of his personal items missing. Even though he was still the legal owner, IAA took it upon themselves to go through and take things that did not belong to them. I spoke to two people and voiced my concerns and frustration.
