Great service deserves to be called out. First time picking up a motorcycle from this location for one of our customers and have to say that EVERYONE was very helpful. Special shout out to Jade at the front desk who patiently helped me get set up and then fully explained the process. I was behind 16 trucks so had to wait a while but that wasn't anyone's fault. 10/10 from my business standpoint.

Too slow getting the cars
Very disappointing experience. I arrived on time for my scheduled pickup, but the loading process does not seem fair or organized. Trucks that arrived after me were loaded before my truck, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. It gives the impression that some drivers may be getting priority treatment, possibly because of arrangements with the forklift operators, while others are left waiting.
