Lost my truck for 7 days
Stole items from my car and claimed it was the pound company it came from even though the pound company doesn’t open cars. The pound company also mentioned my call asking if they had any of my belongings was the second call they got like that today. It was clearly this shop, there are many reviews about stealing personal items.
These people are so incompetent! Even the manager needs to be terminated. Drove 3 hours away to be told the vehicle is lost in their yard somewhere. I tell the reception I need a manager. She asked for a buyer number. I provide the info. She then proceeds to assist by telling me the vehicle has not been brought out yet!
