DO NOT USE Flint, Michigan IAA!!!!! We buy from IAA locations across the Midwestern states. This location FALSELY claims RUN & DRIVE and gives high IAA RATING SCORES to vehicles with seized engines and drive shafts that are in pieces. I TOLD the branch when it was brought out of the yard that they misrepresented the vehicle and they called over a manager who told me auction was over and it was an as is policy. NO RESTROOM FOR DRIVERS… it’s a sign they think we are subhuman. I won’t feel bad for them if someone dumps on their sidewalk, sometimes you just gotta go and they should know that. Inhumane in 2025 to have no place to go to the bathroom.
I should have paid attention to the reviews; the car I bought was a run and drive, however it could not be driven off the trailer and the vehicle looked like it was tampered with. Very disappointing! This is my 7th or 8th one ever purchased from IAA with this one being the first one from Michigan. Don’t buy from this branch!
