So I pressed Buy Now from my IAA app as I normally do when purchasing a vehicle on Thursday. So I called the Fayetteville branch to confirm the total and pickup window Friday. Told them I would be paying with a money order. Called again the following Monday mentioning I already have a money order. No one in the office said once said they only take western union money orders and no it hasn’t been this way so if things change be sure to tel the people that’s purchasing vehicles
Our truck was taken here by our insurance company after an accident. We were quoted by the insurance company 3800 worth of damage on a truck worth close to 60 thousand dollars. No problem insurance said they'll fix it that THIS shop would bring it back the 3 hours from home they took it. Then today we find OUR truck on this company's auction website. Very rude unprofessional behavior in the office.
Office staff is rude not helpful and the loader was ruff with may cars causing more damage. When I asked him not to go so fast that the cars bounce on the forks he yelled and cussed at me.
