I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from IAAI Fayetteville based on the listing that stated the vehicle “runs and drives.” Unfortunately, this was completely false. The car does not start, does not move, and the hybrid battery is completely not working. Even other batteries in the vehicle are also dead. Cancel your buyer account and go to Copart! 1. I've had 3 vehicles with liens on them that take weeks to get lien releases for and still haven't gotten them. 2. They lie about the condition of the vehicle, leave windows open, flood vehicles and tell you oh well. 3. Oklahoma and Arkansas is a 1 party consent state for video recording. I do not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from IAA Fayetteville, AR. I purchased a vehicle that was described as running and driving. However, after receiving the vehicle, I discovered what appears to be a serious transmission problem that was not disclosed before the sale. Anyone coming here to load or unload a vehicle should be aware that the lot has very large gravel, which can be tough on tires. The second downside is that the parking area is at a steep and awkward angle.
