Pensé que encontraría mi vehículo en condiciones aceptables pero es una lastima que encontré mi auto con el espejo lateral roto y aparte abrieron mi vehículo y robaron partes importantes. La compañía que recogió el auto no se hace responsable en este caso es title max y aquí en este lugar me dicen que tampoco ellos pueden hacer nada porque ellos (iaa) no fueron los que mandaron recoger el vehículo. Es horrible estar en esta situación donde nadie puede ayudar y todos se lavan las manos
Absolutely Terrible Experience with this Buisness, I don't recommend this buisness to NO ONE!!!! Their lack of Professionalism and Communication is Terrible! I attempted to call them regarding my vehicle as soon as they opened for 2hrs and they NEVER answer their phones! I attempted to leave my phone number for a call back with the voice recording 3 times and ofcourse NEVER got a call back due to this terrible business. If i could leave 0 stars for this terrible business i would! Terrible Experience
I did visit this place on the Wednesday after memorial day. There was only one person helping but there was 2 other in the office. One of them was a semi bald one and he was only micro managing the other 2, one blonde one and the other irving very nice guy. Its funny a customer had a quick question and the bald guy told him you need to wait for your turn, i mean he could answer his question but no he went back to micromanage the other people.
