Less than one star because the ladies at the front desk especially the ones with glasses don’t understand customers it’s really frustrating for customers to deal employees that don’t understand anything. And what I mean by don’t understand- their goal is to make your life harder, to cause more problems for you. It’s clear that they hate their job. Our insurance brings our car here for an estimation. When we came back to take some personal effects everything was already in some bags, and we had some missing items (air compressor, OBDII reader, perfume), they also destroyed the rear dashcam because it's apparently too hard to remove 2 screws, so they stole and destroyed for more than $150 of goods. I wish I could’ve give them 0 star. I’m a dealer really close to this branch like 5min away and I’ve always wanted local business but this brunch is a scam. I’ve had 5 car bought from here saying run and drive and when they bring it out the car won’t even start, also I bought a car with a cat on but when I got it it was missing. I talked to the manger he only helps his Spanish speakers and for other he don’t give a f.
