Our car was recently totaled in a car accident and towed to IAA East Bay location. There were a couple of items left in the car that we missed before it was towed to the yard. Dealing with our insurance company was a total nightmare. We were totally frustrated with adjusters not returning our phone calls so it was so refreshing when we got Karla on the phone at IAA! The team at IAA East Bay was incredibly helpful when an important item was mistakenly left in our vehicle and the car had already been taken to their location, hours from our home. They quickly assisted with locating the item (and another item left behind that we were not yet aware had been left in the car). They also kindly shipped the item back to us and we had it the very next day! Thank you for the sharing wonderful service!
