I am here waiting for my car like 2 hours and they are taken there sweet time there are slow and the lord don’t want lord up my car on my truck , they left my car there and i have lord up my by myself and the order don’t care about the customer .
Absolute worst company and definitely worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life! So here’s the deal. Our van was stolen a few weeks ago. It was recovered by IAA Dundalk and stored on their lot til our insurance company could make arrangements via IAA Dundalk to return it to our home. On yesterday (4/28/25) my wife received a call shortly after 9AM that they’d deliver our van to our driveway within the hour. My wife then texted to give me a heads up.
