I came in today to see a car listed with a “Buy Now” option, just to take a quick look before making a decision. I was told I couldn’t see the vehicle, with no clear explanation. As I left, a younger Latina staff member came outside, seemingly to check if I had left, which felt unwelcoming. The staff inside were unprofessional and seemed to have an attitude amongst themselves. Very disappointing experience.
Delivered very vehicle even though it was advertised otherwise.
Doesn’t know how to answer the phone, called over the course of an entire day, got no callback and doesn’t return calls.
