Worst service ever
Richard came to town my truck yesterday, 9/30 in Leadville. He was prompt, communicative and professional. He was great to work with and kept the whole process smooth and easy. He was a rockstar!! Thanks!!
I came in today to see a car listed with a “Buy Now” option, just to take a quick look before making a decision. I was told I couldn’t see the vehicle, with no clear explanation. As I left, a younger Latina staff member came outside, seemingly to check if I had left, which felt unwelcoming. The staff inside were unprofessional and seemed to have an attitude amongst themselves. Very disappointing experience.
