If your car is towed here after an accident you better get your stuff quick!!! Multiple items of mine were stolen out of my car. Everything was conveniently bagged up after my car was rummaged through. My license plates were ripped and bent to shreds and tossed on my front seats. I’m so glad I got before pictures because they didn’t hesitate to destroy my car before insurance even looked at it to see if it was repairable.

Came to pick up my car that was picked up from the body shop where it was being repaired. They removed the bumper and head light and put it inside the vehicle to be towed. Auto insurance auctions removed my property and the bumper and headlight that were put inside the vehicle by the body shop and can’t find my parts.

Absolutely horrible service. Domonique (I believe her last name is Hogan) told me my cashier's check was fake. I asked her to call the bank and verify she said that's not her job. I asked so how do you know it's fake and her response was because I feel it is. I drove 3 hours to pick a vehicle up and they wasted my time. Don't do business here. It's ghetto

Dominique Hogan is the reason I will never come back here to do business again. She was uncooperative, unhelpful and seemed miserable to be expected to do her job. She was rude, and would not accept a cashiers cheque claiming it was fake, instead of making a quick call to the bank to verify. She claimed that because it didn't have a line to endorse on the back of the cheque that it must be fake. It is either a lack of experience, knowledge, or willingness to understand that disqualifies her to be a manager here.
