Nice facility to purchase and sell vehicles. No public restrooms. If you have to utilize the restroom. This business has porta johns/ outdoor toilets; which are not sanitary to utilize. Outdoor portal johns need to be cleaned.
They are working slowly, and one of desk receptionists was very bossy.
I was there to look at cars to buy from the auction. I’ve bought one online there before but this time wanted to look before buying. first 2 employees were just rude for no reason . Told me I can’t look at cars without an iaai subscription which is false because I have an sca auction subscription that creates its users a buyer number that can be used to preview cars at iaai. Dominique’s attitude and her customer service approach fall short of the standards expected at IAA. I was not treated properly and I am extremely upset and disappointed. I recommend that her interactions with customers be reviewed and that she receive additional training in professional communication and service skills. I have been a dealer doing business with IAA for some time and have never previously had a negative experience. Unfortunately, that changed during a recent visit to THIS location. I drove approximately one hour to arrive on time on a Friday. Upon arrival, an employee named DOMINIQUE she refused to accept my check, even though I have used the same payment method at other IAA locations without any issues.
