I went in to get my belongings from my vehicle. It was totaled after the hailstorm on June 1st. The insurance company forgot to tell me they were sending it to the auctioneer. I called them as soon as I was on my way. The lady at the front desk told me to have my information ready(your vehicle vin number so they can track it and photo ID). It went smoothly. This employee rolled the car out onto the site and abandoned it without putting it on the trailer. Nothing prevented him from doing this, he demonstratively abandoned it, turned around and drove away.
