This employee rolled the car out onto the site and abandoned it without putting it on the trailer. Nothing prevented him from doing this, he demonstratively abandoned it, turned around and drove away.
Fork lift guys are ok but front desk very unprofessional!

Do not let your car go to this place. My car was just there for a week and items were stolen out my car. And this company act like they are not responsible for items being taken out your car. Poor excuse for a company to store your car. Just empty your car out before it goes there. I am very upset.
Smooth transaction, office stuff were polite and provided fast service with payment and paperwork.
