Lady that sits far left, glasses, 60year old + needs to be retrained. Doesn't know how to do her job. Won't help and tries to act smart, but gets shut down real quick with the facts. Do better iaa
Items stolen From My Vehicle that were supposed to be in my items to pick up before vehicle being totalled. Several reviews with people having the same experience. Some one or multiple employees taking what they want. Shame on you State Farm for using this place
This place is bad. They towed my vehicle there after car accident for inspection for insurance and they dug through all my stuff and stole my property. I'm firm believer in karma what goes around comes around.
