Stellar customer service here by Jasmine and staff. I travel the country transporting vehicles from all types of auctions this one was very organized and they were kind from meet and greet to helping with getting loaded thanks again everyone!

I hade visited that car auction and had a less than satisfactory experience. While the business seems busy, there is clear room for improvement in customer service. The staff were limited, and it was difficult to get direct help. I was often redirected between the branch and customer service without clear answers. Additionally, the facility, including the restrooms, could be better maintained. Overall, I hope to see improvements in organization and customer support in the future.”
