Wish I could give a lower rating. I drove an hour to retrieve my property from my car and it was cleaned out. They even took my garage door opener. They originally told me all my belongings would be in a bag. NOTHING! When I went back in to ask they tried to blame the other tow company and told me that since there was no pictures they couldn't do anything. Also I went and asked the other tow company and they told me they had cameras and don't enter the vehicles.
This place is horrible I called to inform them that my radar detector was missing from my car but in the pictures that they took of my car my radar detector was in the car & when I told them about it said that’s it’s not there problem even though they search through your car before you & put your items into trash bags

After reading all the comments about stolen property it seems like a sting is needed. Set the thieves up and sue them into bankruptcy. All the company does is apologize with no fixing their employees or firing. Class action suit needs started
