Awesome place no complaints everything was smooth as silk
I hade visited that car auction and had a less than satisfactory experience. While the business seems busy, there is clear room for improvement in customer service. The staff were limited, and it was difficult to get direct help. I was often redirected between the branch and customer service without clear answers. Additionally, the facility, including the restrooms, could be better maintained. Overall, I hope to see improvements in organization and customer support in the future.”
There's a lot of cars moving in and out of this particular place, and I believe they sell cars as well as veteran donations for the veterans and the soldiers.
The Employees stole everything out from my brothers Chevy cruise car EVERYTHING. leaving just his ID and some sweat pants. Luckly he has a Dash Camera inside and stays running. As of right now shows the man riffling through. As of now headed to a lawyer for charges. I suggest lawyering legally. A lesson will be learned here. Also invest in a dash cam never know when it becomes useful
This is by far the worse company I have ever came in contact with. I don’t usually do reviews but all the negative ones stating that staff steals out your car is 100% accurate. They say per policy they are supposed to bag up your items and put them in the trunk of course I had no bag with my belongings in them. I had important paperwork in my glove box and I don’t know if they threw it away or kept it who knows.
