Great pick up and hospitality as the loaders allowed me to park the truck and trailer out of the way while grabbed lunch!!
Our vehicle was sent there due to other driver's insurance (accident was other driver's fault). Almost 6 weeks later, we finally got the news we'd be getting our vehicle towed back. Our claim specialist sent a message to IAA Friday, and we were told IAA would call by the latest Monday and our vehicle would be delivered Monday too (we had to return rental Monday).
