Professional staff
If you can avoid this auction. Staff is not friendly. You will be here for an hour trying to pick up a car. Other branches are far superior to this one. I think new management is needed.
This is the most unorganized and unprofessional auction I have ever went too. They take forever to get you through the line of 2 people to pick up your car. The Branch Manager is very rude and disrespectful. They change rules every time I come to pick up a car or sell one. It’s always a hassle. I will never do business at Charlotte Iaai again.
