Look here, all these people writing bad reviews are just people that couldn't pay their bill got their car took and are understandably upset. Me however had a positive experience. The ladies were very helpful in the office and very nice. AND ALL my items were still in my vehicle! They actually had everything boxed up . Nothing at all was missing! 5 stars!
