Called regarding my vehicle trying to get information because it just so happened my adjuster was out of office. All i was told was to sign documentation so it could be picked up by the insurance. The man i spoke to was very ignorant and rude when i repeatedly tried to explain the situation. finally stated vehicle was totaled i gave thanks and he hung up on me. decent customer service isn’t that hard to give if you don’t like your job or speaking on the phone quit and find something else.
Shout out to Susan you are the best! Conveniently located and overall good experience just wish they wpuld do videos on all the cars
