Was DoorDashing on the side for extra money and accidentally drove into their lot because the app brought me here and was greeted by the most nasty lady I’ve ever encountered. I was friendly and trying to explain why I was there and how it was accidental and all she did was hit me with a passive aggressive tone telling me these aren’t the Golden Arches. Had an absolutely horrible encounter and experience with one of the staff. She was a blonde woman with a nasty attitude and our friendliness was met with nothing but passive aggressiveness and rudeness. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here. (I want to give 0 stars, but it won’t let me)
I arrived 20 minutes before closing and arranged to pick up the car. They refused to give me the car. The forklift drivers, including the senior employee, told me I couldn't pick up the car, even though there was still plenty of time. They refused to show me where the car was parked so I could come and pick it up myself. So I was left without my cargo. Terrible staff! Called regarding my vehicle trying to get information because it just so happened my adjuster was out of office. All i was told was to sign documentation so it could be picked up by the insurance. The man i spoke to was very ignorant and rude when i repeatedly tried to explain the situation. finally stated vehicle was totaled i gave thanks and he hung up on me. decent customer service isn’t that hard to give if you don’t like your job or speaking on the phone quit and find something else.
