when you guide the loader in put a car on your trailer. if the loader doesn't stop when you use the stop signal, it's still your fault. if it screws up anything on your trailer that's their policy, they won't show you the video they take their time loading you throughout the day. sometimes they even wash their loaders while you wait. they go through loader drivers like I go through underwear a new one every other day but they're not responsible when they break your stuff
Please, those who loaded the car. They don't know how to treat people. When I ask where I can park the car, they curse, I wonder, where is the culture?
Dealt with Kristen up there, she was very helpful getting some paperwork needed by our Motor vehicle department, kept on top of it and got it done, thank you very much?
