This company needs to seriously do something about the way their tow truck drivers are driving. It’s absolutely insane how many times I’ve been cut off by these truck drivers on my MOTORCYCLE and car every single time. And it’s very frustrating because I live down the street so I have to drive by and EVERY SINGLE TIME I get cut off!!!! they are in the biggest rush in the world. PSYCHOTIC tow truck drivers! Why in the world is a tow truck with TWO cars on its back RIDING my back bumper at 60mph?! In a 40MPH zone! How is that 2-ton monster supposed to stop if there was absolutely anything in the road that necessitates a brake? Wildly irresponsible and intensely scary as the car immediately in front of it.
If you are from out of state, do not buy a car here. They run a racket where they only load small, local trucks; they refuse to load standard 18-wheelers. Consequently, you are forced to pay for a small tow truck to retrieve your vehicle—even if the car is drivable and in working order, they won't let you take it off the lot unless it is on a tow truck. This is not an auction anymore, it’s a big scam. They control the prices, if you win the high bid they don’t even sell you the vehicle. You can win 2-3 vehicles in a day, and they won’t even sell it to you. Don’t purchase from there. BIG SCAM.
