The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. The ladies in the front office, have the nastiest attitude ever. The guys who gather personal belongings they pick and choose what they wanna keep for their selves. BUYER BEWARE!! I have been using IAA for about 8 years and I never had a problem with making payments or picking up my vehicle on time. I decided to use the IAA Transport services.. Here's the SCAM. You pay for the service online while you pay for the won vehicle. After payment it says Tow Driver assigned to pick up your vehicle. It has a box that will be checked when the vehicle is picked up, so you wait and check it daily.
