This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at IAA. Between the lack of communication, disrespectful attitude, and unwillingness to help resolve my issue, Jay left a very negative impression. I sincerely hope IAA reviews the level of customer service being provided at the Atlanta South branch.
As a Latino customer, I left feeling that I was not treated with the same level of respect and professionalism I expected. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy, and my experience with Jay "manager" fell far short of that expectation.
The people working at this office were very unprofessional. They completely ignored us while we waited for them to finish their personal conversation before anyone was ready to assist us with picking up the car.
