Update (5/11/26): I ended up speaking with the branch manager (I'll just call him ML). It is easy to understand how and why he is in his position because he made me feel heard and valued. My interaction with him has earned IAA Atlanta South a higher rating. So after everything, I can say the office staff and upper management will take care of the customers and for that reason, I would be good to continue business with this company. If you can avoid dealing with these people, do so. They have some wonderful office staff, but management is borderline criminal. An operator on the lot damaged my vehicle and they refused to offer reasonable compensation. And what I mean by that is $20 to fix a bumper.
Have been buying cars for over 20 years and never once have been tool too bad when they lost the keys. This location is terrible and has the worst customer service. Keys shown in the pictures too but they told me too bad. Other locations have worked with me when a situation happen but not this one.
